Hotel U Zeleného stromu is a small family hotel in the quiet village of Janov nad Hřensko-on the edge of the National Park Czech Switzerland. Together with the Bušeranda and depandancemi Under observation tower provides accommodation in 19 rooms with a total capacity of 46 beds. We offer a warm family atmosphere, home food and especially the quiet surroundings of the small village in Bohemian Switzerland.

The hotel is best reached by private car.

When entering the hotel into the navigation, keep in mind that it is Janov No. 5 in the district of Decin (village Hřensko), so that you do not end up in another of the nine or so Janovs in the country - or by our friends at the Green Tree /U Zeleného stromu/ in Telnice or Nepomuk. A time-tested experience :-) :-) :-)

The bus stop is only 100 metres away (Janov), accessible by buses 432 (from Decin) and 441 (from Hřensko). Within walking distance are also bus stops Hřensko střed (about 30 minutes) and Arnoltice (about 50 minutes).

The nearest train station is Schöna (adjacent across the Elbe River to Hřensko, the ferry is open daily and with a quick turnaround to trains).

We can provide free tickets for public transport (train, bus, ferry).

Hiking trails: the Green from Hřensko, the Yellow from Hřensko or Růžová, all end (and start) at the crossroads above us.

On the bike the Elbe trail No.2 Děčín - Bad schandau with a transfer in Hřensko, and then the "Janovský trhák" on the road to us, otherwise any way according to the possibilities and fitness of the riders :-)
