KOŠICE Košice is the metropolis of the Eastern Slovakia and with more than 240 thous. inhabitants it is the second largest city of Slovakia. The first written record dates back to the document from the year 1230 in which the city was mentioned as Villa Cassa, however the archeological findings confirm that its territory was settled already in the Paleolithic era. Gradually the city received privileges and rights of a free royal town with the right to erect city walls and so Košice became the second most important city right after Budín. The document on coat of arms dated from the year 1369 issued by the Hungarian king Ľudovít Veľký is of big importance. Košice, as the first European city ever received the right of its own coat of arms, thus this document is the oldest city document on coat of arms in Europe. The guest-house offers higher demands-meeting accommodation of its 23 rooms:

2 single rooms, 17 double rooms with possibility of 2 extra beds, 4 suites with possibility of 4 extra bed

 Single bed room

Spacious single bed rooms taking the area of 15m2 are suitable for businessmen on trips for one or two nights. They are furnished in order to provide all comfort for a guest who comes here after a long busy workday and wants to sleep in a quite environment. All single bed rooms are facing the garden and they are equipped with an eating nook and tea and coffee service.

Standard double bed room

Large double bed rooms, some of them with air conditioning, covering the area of 20m2 provide higher comfort for guests thanks to their size and two beds. They are suitable for pairs, couples, or businessmen on trips staying for more nights, eventually requiring a larger space. The guests can choose from double bed rooms with connected or single beds facing the garden or quite street. All rooms are equipped with coffee and tea service and some with an eating nook.

Business double bed room

Spacious double bed rooms with the area of 25m2 provide higher comfort for guests thanks to the size of comfortable connected beds. These rooms are suitable mainly for businessmen on trips staying for more nights, eventually requiring a larger space and a comfortable bed. The rooms are equipped with coffee and tea service and a rocking chair.

SUITE

For our most demanding guests we offer accommodation in a suite with the area of 42m2 that consists of two separate rooms, namely bedroom and daily room with a working nook. All guests ranging from company managing director to families with children can find perfect comfort in the suite.
