Lestiny the enchanting village situated in the northern part of Slovakia. They cover an area Orava area in Utah and belong to the region Orava. They captivate its visitors an enchanting nature, interesting sports activities and beautiful historical monuments. Leštiny are located in the valley that separates Choc mountains from Orava Highlands at an altitude of 586 m. n. m. Magic of Nature, visitors can admire in responding hiking trails that offer Leštiny. Among the most interesting is the route Vyšnokubínske rocks, Velky Choc, Mlatina, Big Pine, Prosiecka Kvačany and Jánošíkové holes of Terchova. Visitors will definitely enchant the route to Šútovský waterfall quarry in the river and waterfall in Lúčky. In addition to tourism village offers cycling and football. Among the historical monuments are classified archaeological finds from the Bronze Age - a bronze pin with a spherical head. In the village there is also a yeoman mansion from the 17th century, which was reconstructed in the first third of the 19th century. Another interesting villages are mansions. Late Zmeškalovcov mansion was built in the late 18th century and in 1840 adapted to the classic style, castle"Bancíkovský" a mansion"Lehotský" are on the list of cultural monuments. The greatest pride Leštiny is the wooden articled Evangelical church built between 1688 - 1689 without a tower and a bell to the church to briefly until 1877. The Magnificence of church supplies a large hipped roof, which is covered with wooden shingles. The construction is floral wall paintings from the 17th century, baroque altar with woodcarving originating from the late 17th century and also decorated pulpit from the 18th century.
